3Monkeys established their virtual event offer based on decades of experience in physical events and TV broadcast – specializing in content development and design. The 3-column production model ACQUISITION - PROCESSING - DELIVERY derived from broadcast enables clients to produce their virtual events in a professional and controlled environment. The virtual event production studio launched in April 2020 has produced 41 events (and counting) with over 150 operation days across the globe and has reached hundreds of thousands of viewers. The events are broadcasted from a control room in Dubai and in Mountain View, California, which is operated by 3Monkeys’ US partner e2k.
Virtual
EVENTS
When 3Monkeys started their virtual event journey the biggest question from clients was:
What can my event look like?
The answer until now is: Infinity is the venue. Forget about physical restrictions, start imagining!
The second question heard many times:
What can we do on your platform?
The functionality of 3Monkeys’ virtual stage system and their web delivery platform keeps growing and developing based on new requirements and ideas introduced by clients.
The key to a successful virtual event is solid technology throughout all three production columns. The second major component is the actual program, it is about making the event interesting for viewers. The key component to this is the virtual stage design, its functionality, and the actual show concept. The goal is to produce a show rich in variety to keep the viewer in front of the screen – the task is very similar to producing a TV show. The design and production team at 3Monkeys handle these tasks together with client assigned agencies and end-clients, making sure every client gets an individual tailormade product that delivers the client’s tonality and messages, thus supporting them in reaching their communication targets.
Are you planning a virtual event or do want to find out more about the possibilities?
Still not convinced? Have a look at some of our virtual events and see how they can be as diverse as their physical counterparts.

HYBRID
EVENTS
The planning of physical events has started again, but how does one deal with speakers not being able or allowed to travel, not to mention that your audience may also not be able to attend the event in person?
Hybrid events – despite not being defined as a new event species – are the solution.
3Monkeys enable clients with the mobile version of their well-established control room infrastructure to produce hybrid events. Remote speakers and presentations are made available to the AV team on the ground and can be easily integrated with video screens or creative video enabled stage elements. The event itself is captured with cameras and is broadcast on the web in the same way you see big international events being broadcast on TV.
How creative do you want to be? How much do you want to enhance the remote viewer experience with virtual elements expanding and augmenting the physical stage? How far do you want to go in your set design to integrate remote speakers into your stage? Talk to us!
